With the snow days and the start of the Knightly News on Wednesday mornings, many of our homerooms have fallen behind on our study of Ephesians. To help us get closer to being on the same schedule again, I will post just one devotion this week, Ephesians 3:1-13, this Monday afternoon. This will be the passage for this coming Thursday’s chapel. After that, I will just post twice a week for now, on Friday and Monday afternoons, dividing the upcoming chapel passage into two devotions.
If your homeroom has finished all of the devotions for Ephesians chapters 1 and 2, please use today as an opportunity for students to share testimony about what God has been doing in their lives through our study so far. They could talk about what they have learned from the three chapel messages, the blog posts, or their own quiet time readings in Ephesians 1 and 2.
If your homeroom is behind, please use today to help catch up on the blog posts for Ephesians 1 and 2 that you might have missed discussing.
For students reading this on your own, I would encourage you to go back and read Ephesians 1 and 2 again, asking the Lord to remind you about lessons that He has been teaching you from these verses. You might even pick a verse that really spoke to your heart and work on memorizing it.
We pray that God continues to do great things in our lives as His Word renews our minds and souls and conforms our lives to the image of His Son, Jesus Christ.
